Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

If the cancellation request is approved prior to dispatch, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. Customers may request a return only if the product qualifies under the Return Policy below.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Return Eligibility
Returns will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Refund will be credited to the original payment method only.
The time taken for funds to reflect depends on the customer’s bank and may take an additional 2–5 business days.
Applicable Charges & Deductions
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
If the return is approved for other valid reasons, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Administrative or payment processing charges may be deducted in case of voluntary cancellation after order processing.
